Our facility
Built around dwell time, not just square footage
Most third-party warehouses optimise for storage. We optimise for movement — cross-dock bays, narrow-aisle high-bay racking, and a WMS that lets you see the dock-to-delivery clock on every SKU. Our average cross-dock dwell time for LCL deconsolidation is under 90 minutes.
The space is segmented into bonded, climate-controlled and MAQIS-approved zones so you don’t pay reefer rates on ambient cargo or quarantine fees on goods that don’t need them.

Climate control
Two segmented chambers held at 2–8°C and 15–25°C for pharma, electronics and palm-derivative products that drift on humidity.
Quarantine bay
MAQIS-approved zone for plant and animal-origin imports, inspected weekly. Fumigation partners on retainer for ISPM-15 wood packaging compliance.
Cross-dock
Twelve roller-shutter bays for fast unload, sort and reload. Suited to LCL deconsolidation and retail-ready cross-docking for distribution.
WMS & visibility
Real-time inventory through our warehouse management system, with per-SKU dwell time, batch and serial tracking. EDI or API integration with your ERP.
Distribution
Last-mile delivery across Peninsular Malaysia using vetted partners, with proof of delivery digital and time-stamped at the recipient’s door.
