Capacity on every major route out of Malaysia
We hold block-space arrangements with the freighter operators that matter for ASEAN exports and consolidator allocations with carriers serving the trans-Pacific and Europe lanes. That gives us realistic capacity even on weeks when general allocation is closed.
For inbound shipments, we handle airport-to-door across Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia, with last-mile delivery quoted upfront rather than tacked on at destination.

Deferred consolidation
Three to five day transit on a co-loaded pallet with our IATA agents. Lower rate, predictable cut-offs, suitable for stock replenishment rather than emergency.
Charter
Full freighter and partial-charter coordination for project cargo, humanitarian work and time-critical industrial spares. Quoted on the same day for known aircraft types.
Dangerous goods
IATA DGR qualified packers and dangerous-goods declarations for classes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 9. Lithium-battery shipments handled to current IATA Section II rules.
AOG desk
Aircraft-on-ground rotables and consumables routed through the closest qualified hub. Average response time to an inbound AOG enquiry is under 12 minutes.
Cold-chain air
Active and passive temperature-controlled air freight for pharma, biological and high-value perishables, including pre-conditioned thermal envelopes and cool dollies.
