We’re a freight forwarder, customs broker and bonded warehouse operator headquartered in Petaling Jaya, with our operations floor at the West Port end of Pulau Indah.
How we started
Two desks, one prime mover, a stubborn idea
Founder Azhar Shariff spent his first decade in freight watching shippers get quoted one number and invoiced another. In 2008 he opened Dynaquo with a single second-hand prime mover, a Westports access pass and a promise to never quote a cost that wouldn’t hold.
That promise has scaled into a 38-person operation with our own bonded facility, but the idea hasn’t shifted. A quotation from us is what you’ll be invoiced, unless the cargo, route or rules change underneath us — in which case you hear about it before the change happens, not after.
What we believe
Four operating principles, every shipment
One coordinator per account
You speak to the same person from booking through delivery. They know your cargo, your buyers, your seasonal peaks and the names of your warehouse team.
Honest ETAs
We publish historical transit-time variance by lane. When we say five days, it means we’ve hit five days on 94% of recent sailings, and we tell you what the other 6% looked like.
Cargo before paperwork
Documents matter and we file them perfectly, but they exist to serve the cargo, not the other way around. Operational decisions come first; the file catches up.
