A freight company built for the awkward shipments
Dynaquo Freightworks started in 2008 with two desks at Westports and a single second-hand prime mover. Nearly two decades on, we still pick up the phone the same way: tell us what you’re moving, where it needs to go, and we’ll tell you what it really costs and when it will really arrive.
Our team of 38 forwarders, brokers and warehouse staff handle around 9,400 shipments a year for Malaysian SMEs, multinational manufacturers and government departments. We measure ourselves on delivered-on-promise percentage, not vanity metrics.

Climate control
Two segmented chambers held at 2–8°C and 15–25°C for pharma, electronics and palm-derivative products that drift on humidity.

Quarantine-approved bay for plant and animal-origin imports, inspected weekly. Fumigation partners on retainer for ISPM-15 work.
Cross-dock
Twelve roller-shutter bays for fast unload, sort and reload. Average dock-to-out time for LCL deconsolidation is under 90 minutes.

Questions we get most weeks
What kinds of cargo can you actually handle?
General dry cargo, palletised consumer goods, pharma and life sciences under temperature control, dangerous goods up to IMDG class 9, and out-of-gauge project cargo up to 14-axle low-loader weight. If it doesn’t fit a 40-foot dry container, we’re probably the right call.
How quickly can you turn around an ocean booking?
For FCL out of Westports or Northport, we can usually have a confirmed booking with a named vessel within four working hours of receiving complete shipping instructions. LCL bookings depend on our weekly consolidator cut-offs — published every Monday on our global routes page.
Are you a licensed customs broker in Malaysia?
Yes. We’re a Licensed Customs Forwarding Agent registered with the Royal Malaysian Customs Department, with declared officers at Port Klang, KLIA, Penang Port and Johor Port. We file declarations directly through uCustoms.
Can I track my shipment in real time?
Every shipment receives a unique reference. You’ll get milestone updates by email at booking, gate-in, vessel/flight departure, arrival, customs release and delivery. For high-volume accounts we can also push tracking data straight into your ERP via API.
What happens if my flight is delayed or my vessel rolls?
We work with carriers daily and find out about disruption hours before the public schedule changes. You’ll hear from your dedicated coordinator the same day with re-booking options, revised ETAs, and any cost impact spelled out clearly.
Do you handle AOG and same-day urgent shipments?
Yes. Our AOG desk operates 24/7 and is the right number for aircraft-on-ground, medical-device or any time-critical air freight. Average response time to an inbound AOG enquiry is under 12 minutes.
